Aurora police released portions of the 911 call and body camera footage of the police shooting of a 21-year-old man armed with knives on Feb. 5. The incident started with an argument between the man and his girlfriend that got out of control and brought on a "mental health episode," according to a family member. The family called 9-1-1.
"When officers arrived on the scene, they encountered the subject, holding the knives in the doorway of the home, threatening to kill everyone."
