The boys, ages 15 to 17, were arrested and charged with felony armed robbery and attempted armed robbery.
Police said 18-year-old Johnny Anderson allegedly participated in the armed robbery of three men in West Englewood on Feb. 20 and the attempted armed robbery of a 41-year-old man in Gage Park on Feb. 1.
Gabriela Ochoa, 31, was gunned down in the second disturbing crime this month near a popular park.
Police said the woman was shot after an unknown man tried to rob her of her belongings.
Investigation into the shooting indicated that the suspect attempted to take her belongings before shooting her.
