Woman Wounded In Logan Square Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) - A woman was wounded in a Tuesday night shooting in the Logan Square neighborhood.
The 20-year-old woman was shot in the left leg about 7:45 p.m. in the 1900 block of North Fairfield Avenue, said police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala, citing preliminary information.
Fire Media Affairs spokesman Quention Curtis said the woman was taken in fair condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately known.
Grand Central Area detectives are investigating.
