Woman Sexually Assaulted On Rush Medical Campus
(STMW) -- A woman was sexually assaulted Sunday night on the campus of Rush University Medical Center on the Near West Side, according to police.
The 21-year-old victim was sexually attacked about 10:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Congress Parkway, police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada said.
Rush spokesman John Pontarelli said the alleged assault occurred on the campus of the medical center, but the exact location was unclear, and hospital officials are awaiting further details from police.
