Woman Badly Injured When Struck By Vehicle On Kennedy Expressway
CHICAGO (STMW) - A pedestrian was criticallly injured Saturday afternoon when she was struck by a vehicle on the Kennedy Expressway on the Northwest Side.
The woman, whose age was not immediately known, was on foot in traffic on the Kennedy Expressway at 3800 north, which is near Irving Park and Pulaski roads, when she was struck, Fire Media Affairs Chief Joe Roccasalva said.
She was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition, Roccasalva said.
District Chicago Illinois State Police could provide no details on the incident Saturday afternoon.
