Woman, 52, Celebrates 13th Birthday This Leap Day
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Chicagoan is celebrating her 13th birthday Wednesday, but she's hardly a teenager.
If the above sentence seems to contain a blatant internal contradiction, remember what the date is.

As WBBM Newsradio's Regine Schlesinger reports, Tina Fanelli, an estate administrator at BMO Harris Bank in the Loop, is one of those rare people born on a February 29th.
Some call themselves leapsters, others leapians or leapettes, Fanelli she uses the simple Leap Day baby. She says she's grown to enjoy having a birthday only once every four years.
"As a child growing up, I hated it because the kids in my class used to make fun of me," she siad.
Fanelli appreciates it now because even though she's been alive for 52 years, "I can honestly say I'm 13."
And in non-leap years, she gets two birthdays, celebrating both on Feb. 28 and March 1.
Some of those born on Leap Day say they run into problems entering their Feb. 29 birthdays on Web sites. The response from their computer is "invalid entry."
