Williams Particpates Fully In Practice
(CBS) Bears wide receiver Roy Williams practiced without limitations Thursday as the Bears prepare to take on the Packers for an NFC North showdown.
Williams, who signed with the Bears as a free agent this offseason, missed last week's loss to the Saints after straining his groin in the season opener against Atlanta. Williams exited his first game in a Bears uniform after catching four passes for 55 yards.
Wide receiver Earl Bennett (chest), tackle Gabe Carimi (knee) and safety Major Wright (head/neck) did not participate, while running back Marion Barber (calf), safety Chris Harris (hamstring) and guard Lance Louis (ankle) had limited participation.
For the Packers, tackle Chad Clifton (knee), tight end Jermichael Finely (ankle), running back Alex Green (achilies), Davon House (ankle) and linebacker Vic So'oto (back) all had full participation.
Defensive end Ryan Pickett (foot) and cornerback Tramon Williams (shoulder) had limited participation.
Linebacker Clay Matthews (quadriceps) and cornerback Charles Woodson (foot) did not participate, while safety Nick Collins (neck), defensive end Mike Neal (knee) and linebacker Frank Zombo (shoulder) are ruled out for Sunday's contest.
