White Sox Split Squads Beat Kansas City Royals, San Diego Padres
GLENDALE, Ariz. (CBS) -- The White Sox hosted the Kansas City Royals Sunday in a split-squad game as Cactus League play moves forward.
The Sox were down 1-0 in the second inning, when Zach Collins went opposite field for two-run homer. It was his second of the spring.
Starting pitcher Alex McRae only allowed one run over three innings.
The Sox beat the Royals 5-4.
The other Sox split squad beat the San Diego Padres 6-0 on Sunday.
