White Sox Faced With 'Interesting Question'
CHICAGO (WSCR) The Chicago White Sox are still struggling through the 2011 season, looking to get some consistent offense to back up their solid starting pitching.
While they're still near the bottom of the AL Central, they've won three straight games and four of their last seven.
"The key has been their starting pitching," Phil Rogers, of the Chicago Tribune, said on the Mully and Hanley Show. "That's two good [starts] in a row for Edwin Jackson, and this last time through the rotation, pretty much everybody [pitched well]. That's always a very very good sign."

By no means have the White Sox dug themselves out of their early season hole. But for maybe the first time all season they have some momentum they can build on, and the potential for an improved better starting rotation.
On Wednesday, Jake Peavy is expected to make his first start since July 6 of last season. But Peavy's much anticipated return makes for a crowded rotation.
"It creates a really interesting question, but I don't have the answer of what do they do," Rogers said. "You can't go with six starters. They're going to have to make a hard decision about their rotation, if they keep Phil Humber in it, which they say they're going to do. But it's a really good sign that they're pitching well."
Humber was supposed to simply fill-in for the injured Peavy, but he's gone 2-3 with a 2.97 earned run average and a team-best 0.94 WHIP.
