White Sox Can't Play With Eyes On Standings
CHICAGO (WSCR) The Chicago White Sox have won seven of their last 10 games, but still find themselves 10 games back of the Cleveland Indians. But if Chicago wants to contend for the AL Central title, they can't focus on the standings.
"We can't let ourselves look at it," White Sox reliever Jesse Crain said on the Mully and Hanley Show. "We have to worry about us playing good baseball, and then see how things come at the end. You know, we can't worry about what other teams are doing, we just have to go out there and win games for ourselves.

"We're going to be playing the Cleveland Indians 15 more times, we play them two more times now, and then we'll play then 13 more times throughout the year...That's when we're going to be facing those guys who are ahead of us, and you have to win those games. But for the most part we just have to go out and do our own thing. You can't get caught up in other people's records, because that's when you start thinking too much and things don't work out too well."
