White Sox 'Still Have A Shot' At Division Title
(WSCR) Throughout the season, the White Sox have been plagued with an inconsistent offense and, at times, a shaky bullpen. It's their starting pitching that's kept them afloat, and can keep the season alive.
"The White Sox, still, even with the [John] Danks injury have a very talented rotation," Ken Rosenthal, of FOX Sports, said on the Mully and Hanley Show. "[Jake] Peavy is back now, hopefully healthy. We saw on Saturday, the very best of him. I mean that not in just a pitching stand point, but also his heart."

With an important stretch of the season coming up, six more games against National League opponents before 19 straight against divisional teams, the White Sox can easily chip away at their four and a half game deficit.
"If the White Sox get their act together, and maybe bring up [Dayan] Viciedo to replace Pierre, which is something that I would believe is under consideration, they still have a shot," Rosenthal said. "This is not over."
