White Drywall Powder Causes Scare In ESPN Mailroom
(WSCR) According to a report, Bristol police concluded the white powder found in the mailroom of ESPN was just drywall powder.
The white powder, which was found in three packages at the facility, was tested by The Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, revealing it's drywall powder.
The report indicates no further lab testing will be done, but the Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating to determine where the packages came from.
This incident comes after some schools in Connecticut received letters with white powder. One of those letters said al-Qaida "is back."
