Water Main Break Causing Flooding, Street Closures In Elgin Near Chicago Street
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A water main break in the northwest suburbs sent a flood gushing down Route 31 during the morning rush hour in Elgin.
Crews are working to stop the water and fix the main on Chicago Street. Several streets in the area remain closed due to the flooding.
The timeframe of the closure is unknown at this time.
