Warren Moon: Concussion Awareness Good For Football

Hall of Fame NFL Quarterback and Seahawks radio analyst Warren Moon joined Boers and Bernstein to preview Sunday's Bears and Seahawks matchup at Soldier Field. Moon discussed the Seahawks start to the 2010 season under new head coach Pete Carroll, and how their pass rush will look to get after Jay Cutler and the Bears. He also addressed the recent trade of Marshawn Lynch to the Seahawks and how Lynch will be seeing the majority of carries as the season continues.

Moon also took time to address the concussion issue in football, citing his own experiences with that particular injury.
"I had my first concussion when I was 11 years old," Moon said. "It's good that the [National Football] league is finally starting to figure out the long term effects of concussions. It's great for the game."

Moon was also happy to have one of his NFL records broken last night during Monday Night Football. Vikings quarterback Brett Favre fumbled twice in the game, breaking Moon's record for most fumbles in a career.
