It was seven years ago today the Illinois men's basketball team orchestrated the come back of the decade when they erased a 15-point deficit in the game's final minutes to defeat the Wildcats and advance to the Final Four.
With Deron Williams and Luther Head leading the way, Illinois went on an amazing 20-5 run, tying the game on Williams' 3-pointer, forcing overtime.
Illinois held on in overtime to send Arizona to a crushing 90-89 defeat in the Chicago Regional Finals.
