CHICAGO (CBS) -- The nation observes Veterans Day on Monday, a day after the actual holiday.
Most federal, county and city offices will be closed.
Most banks are closed.
And there is no mail delivery.
Chicago public schools are closed. But Chicago public libraries are open.
