Vehicle Crashes Into Garfield Park Lagoon
CHICAGO (STMW) - Three teens and a woman are hospitalized after the vehicle they were riding in crashed into a lagoon in Garfield Park on the West Side Sunday night.
At 11:26 p.m., a vehicle crashed into a lagoon at Garfield Park, 100 N. Central Park Ave., police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.
The police Marine Unit rescued four people, including the 34-year-old female driver, a 17-year-old boy and two teenage girls -- ages 13 and 16, Gaines said.
They suffered unknown injuries and were taken to Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in good condition, Gaines said.
