CHICAGO (CBS/AP) -- The University of Illinois Chicago welcomed its new athletic director this week with a blowout win over St. Francis.

On Monday night, the Flames' Javon Jackson had 21 points as UIC beat St. Francis 91-43. Jackson also had five steals, while Amad Henderson shot 6 of 9 and scored 14.

Modestas Kancleris finished 6 of 10 from the floor and finished with 12 points.

Earlier Monday, Andrea Williams was officially introduced as the new athletic director on the Near West Side campus. Williams took over the Flames after three years in the Utah Jazz front office.

"Many of you know I've spent a lot of time here in this city, and it really is my home away from home, and I am so excited to be back here in sweet home Chicago," Williams said.

Williams' impressive résumé also includes serving as commissioner of the Big Sky Conference, a decade in the Big Ten office, working for the NCAA, and running the college football playoff.
