Two Wounded In Englewood Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were shot early Sunday while standing on the sidewalk in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.
An 18-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were standing on the sidewalk when they were shot by a suspect standing near an alley about 3:10 a.m. in the 7200 block of South Honore Street, according to police News Affairs.
The 18-year-old was shot in the back and was taken in "stable" condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.
The 28-year-old was taken in good condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the arm, according to police.
No one was in custody Sunday morning, police said.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
