Two Women Shot Leaving West Englewood Party
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two women were shot while leaving a house party in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side early Saturday.
The shooting happened about 2:50 a.m. in the 5600 block of South Ada Street, police said.
They were with a group standing outside after leaving a house party when they heard gunshots and realized they had been shot, police said.
One woman, 19, was shot in the arm while another woman, 18, suffered a graze wound to the hand, police said. Both were taken to Saint Bernard Hospital in good condition.
No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
