Two Teens Shot In Auburn Gresham
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two teens were shot as they sat on a porch in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood early Tuesday, police said.
The teens – a girl, 16, and an 18-year-old man -- were sitting on the porch of a home in the 8500 block of South Paulina Street when a dark-colored sedan pulled up about 1:20 a.m., police said.
A passenger exited the car with a gun and opened fire, police said.
A bullet struck the girl in the leg. The man was shot in the arm and grazed on his ankle by a bullet, police said.
Both were taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where they were listed in "stable" condition, police said.
No one was in custody while Area South detectives investigated.
