Two Teenage Boys Dead After Woodstock Crash
WOODSTOCK, Ill. (STMW) - Two 16-year-old boys are dead after an car crash early Sunday in unincorporated McHenry County in Woodstock.
Alec J. Kaiser and Jacob S. Norys, both of Woodstock, were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, 14000 block of Davis Road in Woodstock, according to the McHenry County Coroner's office.
Kaiser was driving a 2010 Hyundai Elantra west on Davis Road at 2:02 a.m. when the vehicle lost control and exited the roadway to the south, according to a release from the McHenry County Sheriff's office.
The Hyundai began rolling and collided with a brick pillar and a tree before stopping in a front yard, the release said.
Kaiser and Norys were wearing seat belts and the airbags deployed, the release said.
Autopsies are scheduled for Monday.
The McHenry County Sheriff's Office Crash Investigation Unit is investigating.
