Two Men Found Shot To Death On South Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - Two men were found shot to death in an SUV on a South Side street Saturday morning.
About 6:30 a.m., police found the bodies of the two men, who were dead on the scene, in the 6900 block of South Stewart Ave., according to police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala.
According to unconfirmed dispatch reports, the two men were found in a Ford Explorer SUV.
The two men, both black males believed to be in their 20s, had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, but it was not immediately known where on their bodies the bullets had entered and exited, Zala said.
There were no witnesses to the shooting and detectives Saturday morning were "trying to determine what the circumstances were," he said.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
