Two Killed In SW Side Hit-And-Run
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago Police say charges are expected against a driver who struck and killed two people who were changing a tire last last night on the Southwest Side.
It was about 10:45 at night when the car hit 39-year-old William Brunson and 34-year-old Victoria Means.
Means' mother Ora says the two were stopped in the 38-hundred block of 87th Street.

"Her boyfriend's car had broke down and they were changing the flat. And they were almost finished changing the flat," said Ora Means.
And at that point, the car hit them. Police say the driver left the scene.
Ora means says her daughter Vicki was a caregiver.
"She loved to do everything. She was real happy all the time. She loved to help people," said Ora Means.
Taliyah Means, Victoria Means' daughter told CBS 2's Courtney Gousman, "I believe he (she) should have stopped."
Means relatives say Brunson was a father, with three children of his own.
Police say the woman responsible for the accident may have been intoxicated, and was driving a Nissan Quest. CBS 2 spotted a banged-up mini-van just blocks away, surrounded in crime tape.
