Two Cars From Lake Shore Drive Mess Still Unclaimed
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Of the hundreds of cars stranded on Lake Shore Drive during last week's blizzard, two remained unclaimed on Thursday.
WBBM Newsradio 780's Regine Schlesinger reports that city officials hopes those two will be picked up soon.

More than 500 cars were relocated to city parking lots on and near Lake Shore Drive after about 900 vehicles were stranded on the Drive last week during the height of the blizzard.
Roderick Drew, spokesman for the city's Office of Emergency Management and Communications, said all but two cars were gone from the city lots by Thursday.
"We have tracked down the owners. Both cars are registered to out-of-state owners," Drew said. "We have been in contact with them and will work with them to reunite them with their vehicles."
Drew said that most owners were simply relieved to get their cars back.
"No storage or towing fees, nothing has been charged to any owner whose car was relocated from Lake Shore Drive," Drew said, adding that this pretty much ends a stressful episode for everyone involved.
"I think relieved is the key word," Drew said.
