Two Boys Injured In Avondale Drive-By Shooting
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two boys were grazed by bullets Thursday night in an apparent drive-by attack in the Northwest Side Avondale neighborhood.
The boys -- ages 11 and 14 -- were standing on a porch in the 3200 block of North Albany Avenue about 9:16 p.m. when a black vehicle drive by and a male inside opened fire, police said.
The 11-year-old suffered a graze wound to the ankle, while the 14-year-old was grazed in the lower right leg, police said. Both refused medical attention.
