Two Boys, 14, Shot In Chicago Lawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two teenage boys were shot in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood Wednesday night on the Southwest Side.
The boys, both 14, were shot in a possible drive-by attack about 6:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 64th Street, said police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala, citing preliminary information.
One boy was shot in the back and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. The other boy was shot in the left leg and taken to University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
