Twins Reporter: Hudson Might Be The Worst Player I've Ever Covered
(WSCR) While the White Sox's plan for the newly-acquired Orlando Hudson is still unknown, one Twins beat reporter shed some light on the second baseman.
Jim Souhan of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, who covered Hudson for one season in Minnesota, called Hudson "one of the worst players I've ever covered."
"Every person in the Twins organization, from top to bottom, couldn't wait to get him out of here," Souhan told The Boers and Bernstein Show.

"He drives everybody crazy. He drives teammates crazy. He drives management crazy. He drives the media crazy. He might be one of the worst players I've ever covered."
The White Sox officially announced the signing of Hudson to a one-year deal Tuesday after he was cut by the Padres 35 games into the season.
"When you have some Major League skill, and he does, and you have experience and nobody really wants you around more than one season, there's a reason for that," Souhan said. "He is an over-rated player. He tries to look like he's hustling, but man, he'll get thrown out about eight times a week trying to make a dumb hustle play.
"He talks non-stop. ... There was a funny moment last year when he popped into the Twins club house on a road trip. He popped in to say hello to everybody and nobody turned around to even say hello to him. He made people crazy."
