Fuel Truck Rolls Over, Catches Fire On I-90
(CBS --A semi-truck carrying fuel rolled over and caught fire early this morning near Rosemont, reports WBBM's Mariam Sobh.
According to Illinois State Police, the driver took a curve too quickly and that's what led to the rollover on I-90 near I-294.
More than 8,500 gallons of fuel were on fire when crews arrived on the scene just after 1 a.m.
Police say the driver was not injured and the fire was extinguished about two hours later.
Eastbound traffic was shut down temporarily while the truck fire was put out.
