Trinity International University Football Player Rushed To Hospital After Injury During Practice
BANNOCKBURN, Ill. (CBS) -- A college football player was airlifted to the hospital after being injured during practice in the north suburbs.
Emergency crews were called to Trinity International University in Bannockburn.
The player was reportedly knocked unconscious and unresponsive during the practice around noon.
The athlete was taken by helicopter to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. His condition was not immediately learned.
