Train, semi-trailer truck involved in crash in Plainfield, Illinois
PLAINFIELD, Ill. (CBS) -- A train and a semi-trailer truck were involved in a crash Monday evening in Plainfield.
Plainfield police said the crash happened on the Canadian National tracks near Route 126 and Michigan Street. The tracks carry freight trains.
Route 126, Naperville Road, and 143rd Street were blocked by the train after the crash, Plainfield police said. All roads had reopened by 8:43 p.m.
There was no immediate information about injuries.
