Disney's toddler prince dolls have been selling out, as have the "Toy Story" dolls, Buzz Lightyear and Woody.
Also popular are Monster High, Ben 10 and the seven Singing Princess Dolls.
Sales remain strong for longtime favorites Elmo, Barney, Tweety Bird and the Care Bears.
And plenty of children will find cars, trucks and Legos under the Christmas tree Friday morning, just as their parents once did.
