Three Men Shot In Portage Park
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Three men were shot early Sunday in the Portage Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.
The men were standing in a parking lot in the 4200 block of North Milwaukee Avenue at 2:46 a.m., when a group of males walked by and one of the males opened fire, police said.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the thigh and a 28-year-old man was shot in the back, police said. Both were taken in "stable" condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. A 25-year-old man was shot in the thigh and taken in "stable" condition to Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center.
No one is in custody and Grand Central Area detectives are investigating.
