Three Men Shot In Chicago Lawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Three men were wounded in a Chicago Lawn neighborhood shooting Thursday evening on the Southwest Side.
The men were standing in the 7100 block of South Rockwell Street about 5:10 p.m. when an unknown shooter fired multiple rounds and struck them, police said.
Two of the men, a 29-year-old shot in the leg and a 24-year-old shot in the arm, were taken to Holy Cross Hospital, police said.
A 23-year-old man, who was also shot in the leg, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, police said. All three men were listed in "stable" condition, police said.
The shooting was gang-related, police said.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
