Three Injured In Accidents In Downtown Des Plaines
(CBS) – Within the span of a couple of hours, three people were hurt in two separate accidents in downtown Des Plaines on Thursday.
Both accidents happened on Miner Street near the Metra station in the community's downtown.
In the first incident, around 1:45 p.m., a westbound vehicle hit a woman in her 60s.
In the second crash, about 3:15 p.m., a driver hit two women either walking or riding their bikes across the street. One of the women suffered a bad head injury.
