The Head Coach Of The Chicago Blackhawks Isn't Going Anywhere
The team will announce a contract extension for Joel Quenneville this afternoon at the United Center during a 2:30 press conference.
Quenneville replaced the popular Dennis Savard four games into the 2008-2009 season, and last year coached the Blackhawks to its first Stanley cup trophy since 1961.
Queneville boasts a career winning percentage of .581 and would have been entering the final year of his contract with the Blackhawks.
