Teenage Boy Critically Wounded In Englewood
CHICAGO (STMW) - A 17-year-old boy was critically wounded Monday in the South Side Englewood neighborhood.
The shooting occurred at 4:54 p.m. in the 1600 block of West 79th Street, police News Affairs Officer Daniel O'Brien said.
The boy was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with a gunshot wound to the back.
No one is in custody and Area South detectives are investigating.
