Teen Boy Critically Hurt In South Side Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) - A teenage boy is in critical condition after being shot in the back Wednesday afternoon on the South Side.
The 14-year-old boy was shot about 6:20 p.m. in the 5800 block of South Wabash Avenue, police said.
The boy was taken in critical condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to the lower back.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating, but nobody is in custody late Wednesday.
