"Team Of Rivals" Exhibit Opens
CHICAGO (AP) - The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield has a new exhibit opening to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Civil War.
Called the ``Team of Rivals,'' the exhibit looks at Lincoln, his new Cabinet and the war.
The exhibit open Oct. 14 and runs through August 2011.
Visitors can see artifacts from Lincoln and the Cabinet of advisers he built that included men who didn't always agree with him and had challenged him for the Republican nomination for president.
Historian and author Doris Kearns Goodwin, who wrote a book by the same title that the exhibit is named for, will be there opening day.
