Teachers' Strike In Grayslake Over
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Teachers and administrators have reached a tentative agreement, ending the school strike in Grayslake.
Students will be returning to class on Tuesday.
Details of the agreement were not immediately available.
The two sides released a joint statement on Monday, stating: "The parties have reached a tentative agreement on all outstanding issues.
"The strike is suspended pending ratification by the union and final approval by the Board of Education. School will reopen for students on Tuesday. Both sides look forward to welcoming the students back to school."
More than 300 teachers in School District 46 had been working without a contract since last July 1
