Taste Of Chicago Reveals 2013 Restaurant Lineup
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Taste of Chicago restaurant lineup is out for this year, and there are some new offerings on the menu.
WBBM Newsradio's Bernie Tafoya reports six new restaurants will join the five-day Taste lineup this summer. A couple of them took part in last year's "pop-up" tents, making one-day appearances, but they'll be there for the entire festival this year.
The new restaurants include Lao Ma La Chinese Restaurant, Wishbone, Flipped Crepes, Bombay Spice Grill & Wine, Beat Kitchen, and Caffe Gelato. Beat Kitchen and Caffe Gelato were pop-up restaurants at last year's Taste.
They join 29 other returning restaurants, including Taste favorites like Eli's Cheesecake, Connie's Pizza, Original Rainbow Cone, and Robinson's Ribs.
Taste of Chicago runs July 10-14, with food ticket prices at $8 for a dozen tickets.
