Owner Bernie DiMeo says he released the T-shirts just in time for the sentencing phase of Blagojevich's trial.
"I'm not trying to make light of the situation with the shirt, but Illinois politics is funny business," DiMeo said.
Blagojevich is the fourth Illinois governor to be sent to prison since 1973, following Otto Kerner Jr., Dan Walker, and George H. Ryan.
"I personally hope that maybe people wear enough T-shirts or sweatshirts that have that on it, won't be dumb enough to elect someone like him again," DiMeo said.
DiMeo says so far, feedback from his T-shirts has been positive. They retail for $14.99.
