SW Suburban Man Shot Dead In Pilsen
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A southwest suburban man was shot dead early Sunday in the Southwest Side Pilsen neighborhood, police said.
The 33-year-old man-- identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner's office as Devon Paramore of Justice -- was walking on the sidewalk in the 1300 block of West 13th Street about 1:26 a.m. when someone shot him in the back and right armpit, police said.
Paramore, of the 8600 block of 87th Street in Justice, was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where he later died, the medical examiner's office said.
No one is in custody, but Area Central detectives are investigating.
