Suspect Robs Banks In Oak Park Wearing Towel, Wig On His Head: FBI
(STMW) -- A bank robber on Friday morning struck his second Oak Park this month, according to the FBI.
He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash at 10:32 a.m. from the Byline Bank branch at 601 N Harlem in Oak Park, according to the FBI.
The suspect is described as a black male about 6-feet tall and 200 pounds, wearing a cloth head covering and sunglasses, FRBI officials said.
He showed a pistol during the first robbery, which happened about 11:25 a.m. August 3 at Community Bank, 1001 Lake St. in Oak Park, authorities said. He had on a wig during that robbery.
