Suburban Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn
GENEVA, Ill. (STMW) - A west suburban man has been charged with 15 counts of child pornography after police allegedly found images and videos in his home early Tuesday.
Gary J. Reschke, 56, of the 3100 block of Larrabee Dr. in Geneva had been the subject of a four-month long investigation by Geneva police, who worked in conjunction with the Attorney General's office to execute a search warrant about 6 a.m., a release from police said.

During the search, multiple files of child pornography, both images and videos, were found in the home, the release said. Evidence was seized and Reschke was taken into custody.
He is charged with 12 counts of aggravated child pornography, Class 2 felonies punishable by three to seven years in prison; and three counts of child pornography, Class 3 felonies punishable by two to five years in prison, the release said.
Reschke will appear for a bond hearing on Wednesday at the Kane County Judicial Center in St. Charles.
