Student Shot At South Suburban High School
DOLTON, Ill. (STMW) - A student was shot at Thornridge High School in south suburban Dolton on Monday, but police were releasing no information as of early Tuesday evening.
Police confirmed the shooting occurred at the school at 15000 Cottage Grove Ave. on Monday, but would not provide further details as of early Tuesday evening.
Police have scheduled a press conference to discuss the shooting at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the police station at 14030 Park Ave.
Officials at Thornridge High and Thornton Twp. High Schools District 205 were unavailable to comment Tuesday evening.
