Stolen Puppy Found Safe, Woman Charged
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A puppy is back with its rightful owners after it was stolen from a car in Niles on Monday afternoon.

WBBM's Regine Schlesinger reports, Luigi, a 7-month-old Pomeranian puppy that serves as a therapy dog for two children, is back with his family.
A woman snatched the dog from a parked car in a parking lot at Touhy and Lehigh on Monday afternoon.
Niles Police Sgt. Robert Tornabene says investigators traced the license plate number of the getaway car to a home in Skokie
Police arrested Adina Tiran, 33, of Skokie.
She's charged with a felony that carries a three- to seven-year sentence on conviction.
Police aren't disclosing her motive for taking the dog.
