State Sen. Bill Brady Refuses Rickey Hendon Apology
CHICAGO (WBBM) -- Former GOP gubernatorial candidate Bill Brady is refusing to accept an apology from a fellow state senator over inflammatory comments made during the campaign.

Back in October, State Sen. Rickey Hendon said Brady was the most "idiotic, racist, sexist, homophobic person" he had ever worked with.
Hendon tried to work things out with Brady in Springfield on Wednesday, but the Bloomington lawmaker said that's not something that you can simply solve with a simple "I'm sorry."
Brady lost a close race for governor against Pat Quinn last month.
