'Spiderman' Robbery Caught On Tape In Winthrop Harbor
WINTHROP HARBOR (CBS) -- A tobacco store surveillance camera captured a frightening armed robbery earlier this week in Winthrop Harbor.
Around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a black male suspect burst into the Smoke For Less store in the 500 block of Sheridan Road with a gun and took about $925.
The owner of the store suffered a facial injury, but refused medical treatment, police said.
The suspect, believed to be in his mid-20s, was wearing black shoes and a "Spiderman" jacket.
