Sox Agree To Contracts With 24 Players
GLENDALE, Ariz. – The White Sox have agreed to one-year contracts with 24 players, including second baseman Gordon Beckham, catcher Tyler Flowers and starting pitcher Chris Sale.
The Sox announced Sunday that they have agreed to terms on 2012 deals with 24 players, meaning all of the players on their 40-man roster are signed for 2012.
The team has agreed to contracts with the following players: catcher Tyler Flowers; infielders Gordon Beckham, Eduardo Escobar, Ozzie Martinez and Brent Morel; outfielders Alejandro De Aza and Brent Lillibridge; and pitchers Dylan Axelrod, Anthony Carter, Simon Castro, Deunte Heath, Pedro Hernandez, Philip Humber, Gregory Infante, Nate Jones, Charlie Leesman, Jhan Marinez, Nestor Molina, Addison Reed, Chris Sale, Hector Santiago, Zach Stewart, Jose Quintana and Donnie Veal.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
